Thanks for your comments on Unsilent Generation. The forced switchovers to Medicare Advantage plans are an important issue, especially since these plans are promoted under the guise of giving Medicare beneficiaries “choice.” I’d like to do a post about this and include some excerpts from your comments–I assume that’s okay with you. I want to provide some context. From your blog it looks like WV public employees have been forced onto a Medicare Advantage plan–is that correct? Thanks for your help–I’ll let you know when the post is up. I just started doing this a month ago so I don’t have a huge readership, but since some of my posts are cross-posted on Mother Jones and have started to get picked up by other bloggers, I’m building it up, little by little!
